What is the process? CBSR will work with your staff to: ” Understand what sustainability is and how it relates to your business. ” Train a team of staff to perform a self-assessment of your operations through an innovative dialogue process. ” Develop an action plan based on the assessment results. How does it work? The process begins in May 2004 and wraps up in the fall of 2004: ” Initial session with trainer and staff (_ day). ” Training session involving your team of environmental champions (_ day). ” Information gathering throughout summer and fall by champions. ” Wrap-up session with trainer and employee team (_ day). Northwest Energy Technology Showcase
I am excited to let you know about an annual event being launched this summer by the Northwest Energy Technology Collaborative (NWETC) called the Northwest Energy Technology Showcase (NETS), on July 13, 2004, in Victoria, B.C. This event is meant to accelerate growth in the new energy technology sector within the Pacific Northwest. The idea is simple, select 10-12 of the best market-ready technologies today and put them in front of utility and large industrial customer personnel who make buying decisions. Attached you will find more specific information about this event as well as a registration form to be filled and faxed in. The companies presenting will be selected by May 28. This year is quite unique! NWETC will be hosting NETS and the Annual Summer Summit of the Pacific Northwest Economic Region (PNWER) with the National Energy Council. This will easily be the largest energy event in the region this year. Don’t miss it! Follow the link below to view the pamphlet.
